Marval Movie

Over the past few months I've been neck deep in this amazing new animated series Adventure Time with Finn & Jake. I easily rank it up with such great shows as Animaniacs, Batman and Avatar.

The show has a unique colourful look with simplified character designs that allow for constantly top knotch animation. The show has an excellent cast of cartoon characters Finn the human, Jake the dog, Princess Bubblegum and some others that are all rich and funny.

The writing took me completely by surprise, in the day of Animaiacs where the writers had to be sly and clever to avoid detection from the censors, Adventure Time torpedoes that with flat out adult oriented humour.

The show currently has 2 seasons consisting of 52 episodes. In the season 2 selesai episode Mortal Recoil Princess Bubblegum gets possessed by the lich and ends up blowing up and turning into a 13 year old girl (theres a sentance i never thought id have to say). Season 2 clearly ends insinuating that Finn and Bubbleguum are now an item but Princess Bubblegum's voice actor has been replace from Hayden Walch (Starfire, Teen Titans) to Isabella Acres.

Hayden Walch is one of my favourite voice actors and it will be a shame to see her go (maybe they will introduce a new character that she could voice?) so alot of season 3 will focus on Finn and Bubblegum being a couple (I assume) I greatly look forward to the third season of Adventure Time.

A quick look at the preview list of episodes one greatly intrigues me "Marceline's Closet", when I first saw this I got a tingle in the back of my spine, Marceline is my favourite character (voiced by the wonderful Olivia Olson) and I look forward to alot more episodes with her.

Adventure Time season three is on its way and I look forward to fun that will never end, and so I leave you with a short list of my current favourite episodes of Adventure Time in no paticular order.
